  • What kind of payment methods you have?

    On-site payment by cash or advance payment by Paypal are accepted. We do not accept bank transfers.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    We chare the full amount from 2 weeks before check-in.

  • Is there a parking lot?

    No, there is not. Also, we do not provide parking space, so please use nearby coin parking lots.

  • Is there a pick-up service?

    No, there is not Please use public transportation or a taxi etc.

  • Can you call a taxi?

    Yes we can. It will be faster if you contact us in advance via email or phone.
    (We ask for your understanding in advance as there is the possibility of not being able to call a taxi depending on the situation of the taxi company.)

    You can check in after 3pm of your check-in day using the password.

  • Is it possible to leave my luggage before the check-in?

  • Is there a curfew?

    Once you check in, you can freely go in and out during the night time.
